We believe we have designed a truly unique clamp with an Arca-type mount. Why? Because it accepts standard, readily available Ø15mm rods and enables the assembly of a very rigid, flexible, and lightweight stereo bar.
The system consists of the main body, an extended M5X8 nut (replacement with a standard M5 nut is also possible), and the TS—25 hand clamping bolt, designed to provide maximum control and flexibility when clamping and adjusting the Ø15mm rod (not included), commonly used for mounting photographic equipment.
A small opening on the front of the clamp aids centering of the two rods connected by an M12 connector, resulting in a balanced stereo bar.
All components, except for the bolts and nuts, are fully 3D printed using HP MJF technology and PA12 material, providing resistance to high temperatures, UV exposure, and chemicals, while the fine, slightly textured surface improves handling in demanding field conditions, for example, when wearing gloves.
