Orders and shipping.

General order process.

Products presented on the "Prutka" website are not sold through a standard online store and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of applicable regulations. All products are made to order, individually, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

The purchasing process begins by submitting a quote request via the available forms or contact channels on the website. Based on the received request, "Prutka" prepares an individual quote that includes the product description, quantity, final price, estimated production time, shipping costs, and other relevant terms.

Submitting a quote request does not create an obligation to purchase.

Quote and acceptance.

The issued quote is valid exclusively for the period stated in the quote itself, if such a period is defined. Otherwise, the quote remains valid for a reasonable period, taking into account the nature of the products, material availability, and production capacity.

A quote is considered accepted exclusively at the moment payment is received in accordance with the terms specified in the quote. Receipt of the quote, email confirmation, or any other form of communication shall not be considered acceptance without completed payment.

The sales contract is deemed concluded only upon receipt of payment.

Pricing and VAT.

All prices displayed on the website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without prior notice. The final product price is always clearly defined in the individual quote.

The manufacturer is not registered for VAT and therefore does not charge VAT in accordance with Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act. All prices stated in the quote and on the invoice are shown excluding VAT.

For customers outside the Republic of Croatia, and especially for deliveries outside the European Union, additional taxes, import VAT, customs duties, or other public charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These costs are not included in the price and are borne entirely by the customer.

Payment and invoicing.

Payment is made exclusively in accordance with the terms and instructions specified in the individual quote. The manufacturer does not use online payment systems and does not collect or process payment card data via the website.

Production and order preparation begin only after full payment has been received, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quote.

An invoice is issued after payment has been received and is delivered to the customer by email and/or together with the shipment, depending on the agreement and delivery method.

Shipping and shipping costs.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices displayed on the website. The shipping method and shipping costs are defined individually in the quote, depending on the product type, quantity, dimensions, shipment weight, and delivery address.

Delivery times stated in the quote are estimates and may vary depending on the production process, material availability, logistics conditions, and external circumstances. The manufacturer will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer of any changes to delivery timelines.

International orders and customs procedures.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs procedures and additional costs may apply, including customs duties, import VAT, or other charges. These costs are not included in the quoted price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for delays caused by customs procedures or for any costs incurred during international shipping.

Transfer of risk.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the delivery service, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual quote.
